I Heart New York

Hello,

Sorry for the lack of news, it has not been for lack of events. Since I wrote last month I was able to do a Bachelor trip to New York City for a long weekend with a few close friends. Since it was not a motorcycle trip I will keep the stats short.
New Jersey
: Smells real bad, no left turn lanes, exactly as portrayed in popular media. American Airlines: Sucked-it! 0 for 2 regarding on-time flights. From DFW I had the pleasure of boarding the plane and then being parked on the tarmac for an hour and fifty minutes without a/c or restroom facilities. Thanks for the swollen bladder, it came in handy while drinking in NYC. New York: Much cooler than I thought. The city was a blast. Of course I must say that to Judge NYC without leaving Manhattan would be misleading. Much like judging south Dallas from within the walls of Dallas Country Club. We hit many of the tourist sites, took in an Improv show, got on TV at the Today show, slept for a brief few hours on the street, urinated in public, ate off of a cart in Times Square, and found that Korean donuts are very tasty. All in all a great time.

In unrelated news, I am still planning summer moto trips and as soon as I get the logistics worked out I will share the details.
